Come sell your products, services, food or crafts at the popular Tesla Birthday Expo!  Attendance last year nearly doubled, and we hope for an even greater turnout this year. The theme for 2018 is NEON to honor the 125th anniversary of when Nikola Tesla presented fluorescent lighting at the 1893 Chicago World Fair.  There is no cost to be a Vendor.  To register, click on the link at the top of this page, fill out Vendor Form and submit.

EVENT OVERVIEW:  The Tesla Birthday Expo is a community event that draws attendees from across Long Island and the northeast, as well as an increasing number of national and international visitors. The Expo celebrates the birthday of famed inventor Nikola Tesla with science and technology exhibits, and features an exciting agenda of food, vendors, entertainment and presentations. 

DATE:     Saturday, July 14, 2018

PLACE:   5 Randall Road, Shoreham, NY 11786 - Enter through the main gate on Randall Road, where you will be directed to Vendor area. After you set up, you must park in the designated Exhibitor/Vendor parking area. 

SET UP:  9:00 - 11:30 am (Vendors must finishing setting up by 11:30 am.)

TEAR DOWN:   4:00 - 6:30 pm (Tear-down before 4:00 pm is not allowed.)

WHAT TO BRING:   Each Vendor space is approximately 10' x 10' in size (if you require more space, let us know on the Vendor form).  Food vendors with food trucks will be stationed in a designated parking area.  We have limited electrical access; if you require electricity, please indicate this on the Vendor Form, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Vendors must bring their own table, tablecloth, chairs and tent (if desired).  Other items to bring: literature/marketing materials, extension cords, signage, giveaways/promotional items, sunscreen, insect repellent, pens/paper/supplies, business cards or contact forms, products for sale such as books, posters, art, etc.

FOOD VENDORS - Please note that all food vendors must provide an updated food handler’s certificate from the Board of Health.
